LOCATION
In the heart of Trinasos, northeast of Gytheio

Located in the settlement of Mavrovouni, south of Gytheio, Trinasus Hotel offers stunning views of the Laconian Gulf as well as the Taygetos mountain range. Our hotel’s unique location provides guests with the perfect combination of natural beauty and easy access to the rich historical and cultural treasures of the area. The new name of the hotel came from the three islands (trinisa) located northeast of the hotel.

Gytheio is located in the southern Peloponnese in the prefecture of Laconia and is the largest city in Mani. It is amphitheatrically built with neoclassical houses on Mount Akoumaros and is washed by the sea of ​​the Laconian Gulf. The atmosphere and aesthetics of the city are reminiscent of strong elements of the Greek islands. The city’s port was of prominent importance from prehistoric times as a naval base and then as a commercial port. Notable and noteworthy buildings in Gytheio are the Town Hall and the old Girls’ School built in 1891 and 1896 respectively by the Bavarian architect and engineer Ernst Ziller. The attractions that one can visit are the ancient theater which is chronologically placed in the early
